Life cannot go on without your computer. Like it or not, it’s the truth. At the back of your mind is a nagging thought ‘suppose something goes wrong?’ After all, you just an average human with below average computer skills. But hey, what is Microsoft support for then?

Well, think again. Microsoft support can make you wanna pull out your hair – strand by strand. Your system has failed and you desperately need it fixed. You call Microsoft support; you’re told they’ll call you back. You wait holding your phone like a lifeline, waiting for that one call that will never come. Wait all you want, but it appears the Microsoft support guys have forgotten you. This is a common situation. I have no idea what the Microsoft support guys are playing at. All you know is that at the end of the day, you’re stuck with a computer that is not working.
How many times how you heard the line, “Please stay on line while your call is transferred to an executive”? For some reason, the call never seems to reach the executive. You wait faithfully, with the phone at your ear, only to hear some lame song playing over and over again. Hello, if it’s a song I wanted, I have my own. And when they finally do pick up on your call; now that’s a totally different story. There are two things that can happen at this stage.
First, your problem can get solved; if so, good for you. On the other hand, the Microsoft support provider will listen to your problem with the appropriate reactions and give you the good news, “I’m sorry that you are facing this problem with your computer. But, I regret to inform you that we cannot help you”. They may or may not give you alternate Microsoft support options. My question is, “Why do you even call yourself Microsoft support if you cannot provide average support”?
